Brand Recovery to Brand Revolution

This assignment called for Anthem to revive the fading brand of a major North American Construction Supplier.  This Anthem client was losing business, credibility, customers and revenue because it’s fiscal status was in question. It represents the story of a once bold and powerful brand’s strategic comeback, which resulted in a spectacular spike in revenues from $240 million to $315 million.  Ultimately, it received a lucrative buyout offer from its major competitor. During Anthem’s fifteen engagement, it obtained over 100 articles and media placements in traditional, industry and trade publications.  Anthem also place the Company CEO as a top ten executive and conference and interview over the Internet for McGraw Hill, a first.
