David vs. Goliath

Innovative Tech Company with first to market enterprise platform cracks the code but needed significant access to development capital.  This was a great outcome: our client was talent and technology rich, but cash poor.  We went to Merrill Lynch and Bear Stearns for assistance, but our technology was actually going to compete with some of their clients, and so we worked with the client to develop as cutting edge logo and then role out the brand to the most powerful platform available at the time: CNBC.  We were able to get our client a three-minute interview which translated into enormous coverage, excitement and an actual run on the stock that drive it to 60 a share, thus enabling us to access the critical capital necessary to build the online warehouse.
